摘要
目的对自主研发VR教学软件在临床实践能力培养中的应用效果进行分析。方法选取2019年1月—2019年5月到本院实习的52名实习生作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,一组为对照组采用常规教学模式,一组为研究组采用自主研究VR教学软件模式,教学结束后经过考核对比两组实习生工作能力。结果研究组实习生临床思维能力、病情观察评估能力、专业知识点掌握能力、规范动手能力、表达沟通能力、应变处理能力、人文关怀及素养评分均高于对照组,数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过自主研究VR教学软件极大地提高了临床实习生的实践能力,为临床培养了优秀的人才。
Objective The application effects of self-study VR teaching software in clinical practice ability training was analyzed.Methods From January 2019 to May 2019,52 interns who came to our hospital as subjects of this study were randomly divided into two groups.One group used the regular teaching mode for the control group and the other group used the independent study for the research group.The VR teaching software model,after the end of teaching,after the examination and comparison,the two groups of interns work ability.Results The internship in the study group was higher than that in the control group in terms of clinical thinking ability,ability to observe and evaluate disease,mastery of knowledge,ability to regulate hands,expressive communication ability,emergency handling ability,humane care and literacy scores,and the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the independent research of VR teaching software,the practical ability of clinical interns has been greatly improved,and excellent talents have been cultivated for clinical practice.
