摘要
目的研究胃癌患者在肠内营养护理管理中应用持续质量改进的效果。方法研究时段是2017年6月—2019年5月,研究对象是我院接受的108例胃癌术后患者,随机数字表法分观察组(持续质量改进)与对照组(常规护理)各54例,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组拔管时间、肛门排气及下床活动时间较对照组短,肠内营养缺陷频次较对照组少;观察组肠内营养知识掌握率(98.14%)高于对照组85.19%,观察组不良反应发生率(5.55%)低于对照组18.51%(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进能提高胃癌术后患者的肠内营养护理质量,便于稳定病情,缩短肛门排气及下床活动时间,获得良好的临床效果。
Objective To study the effect of continuous quality improvement in enteral nutrition nursing management for patients with gastric cancer.Methods From June 2017 to May 2019,the study period was.The subjects of the study were 108 postoperative gastric cancer patients accepted by our hospital.The random number table was divided into observation group(continuous quality improvement)and control group(routine care)54 cases each,Compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The observation group’s extubation time,anal exhaust and getting out of bed were shorter than the control group,and the frequency of enteral nutrition deficiency was less than that of the control group.The observation group’s knowledge of enteral nutrition(98.14%)was higher than the control group’s 85.19%.The incidence of adverse reactions in the group(5.55%)was lower than 18.51%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can improve the quality of enteral nutrition care for patients after gastric cancer surgery,facilitate the stabilization of the condition,shorten the time of anal exhaust and get out of bed,and obtain good clinical results.
