摘要
文章采用文献资料法,通过在中国知网上搜索与研究主题相关的文献资料,对宋朝休闲体育活动进行了深入的挖掘。研究发现,宋朝的休闲体育活动主要包括球类、水上体育、节庆体育活动等多种形式;其繁荣发展主要受政治、经济、文化等多种因素的影响。研究宋朝休闲体育繁荣的原因对当代体育发展有重要的借鉴意义。
By using the method of literature,this paper explores the types of leisure sports in the Song Dynasty and the reasons for itsprosperity and development by searching the relevant literature on CNKI.It is found that the leisure sports activities in Song Dynasty mainly include ball games,water sports activities and various festival sports activities.The reasons for its prosperity and development is,compared with other dynasties,the Song Dynasty had a good political and economic foundation,a relaxed and inclusive culture andthe influence of the ruling class.There is a certain significance of reference to research the reasons for the prosperity of leisure sports inSong Dynasty.
