牙周科住院医师分层教学培训模式的初步构想 被引量:8

摘要 牙周科住院医师规范化培训学员包括不同身份、级别和学位类型的学员,如何分层教学是一个难题。根据我院牙周科住院医师规范化培训现状,对教学小组依据职称、带教年限进行分组,对学员小组根据进科时间、教学活动类别和学历进行分组,组合后根据考核目标设置的不同教学主题进行分层教学。我们认为翻转课堂结合小组合作学习(Team-based Learning,TBL)教学、案例教学法(Case-based Learning,CBL)为主体的多种教学方法结合、TSDF(Tell-Show-Do-Feedback)椅旁教学和混合式教学模式都有利于进行分层教学,同时要优化教学小组,加强师资培训,提高师资的临床带教能力,严格把控不同层次学员的培训质量和出科考核,以达到培育出有岗位胜任能力的住院医师的培训目标。 The trainees of standardized training for periodontal residents include students with different identities,including students commissioned by other hospitals,postgraduates and staffs from our hospitals,different grades and degree types.How to teach in accordance with the ability of each residence is a difficult and significant problem.According to the current situation of standardized training for residents in periodontal department of our hospital,the teachers were divided into separate groups according to their professional titles and teaching years.Meanwhile the students were divided into different groups according to the admission time of periodontal department,teaching activity types and education backgrounds.After combination,the stratified teaching was conducted according to different teaching subjects set by diverse examination objectives.Various teaching methods have been adopted,such as the flipped classroom.The combination of flipped classroom teaching with Team-based Learning(TBL),Case-based Learning(CBL)as the main part of various teaching methods,TSDF(Tell-Show-Do-Feedback)teaching rounds and blended teaching mode is essential to stratified teaching.Meanwhile,we should pay attention to the training of teachers.The clinical teaching ability of teachers should be improved as well.Furthermore,training quality and graduation examination of residents of different levels should be controlled strictly,so as to cultivate residents with good competency.
