摘要
心脏重构是多重因素导致的心脏结构和功能受损.炎症在心脏重构发生发展中起了重要作用,干预炎症有望成为新的治疗靶点.NLRP3炎性小体在心脏炎症中起了主导作用.本文通过概述NLRP3炎性小体在心脏重构中的作用,深入探讨其潜在的机制,以期给临床带来更多的策略.
Cardiac remodeling is a structural and functional impainnent of the heart caused by multiple factors.Inflammation plays an important role in the development of cardiac remodeling.Intervention of inflammation is expected to become a new therapeutic target.NLRP3 inflammasome plays a leading role in heart inflammation.This article reviews the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in cardiac remodeling and discusses its underlying mechanism in depth to bring more strategies to the clinic.
