腹腔镜模拟训练系统在肝胆外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜模拟训练系统在肝胆外科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年12月在该院肝胆外科的住培医生60名,随机分为腹腔镜模拟训练组(观察组),非腹腔镜模拟训练组(对照组),每组30名,比较2组理论及操作考核情况。结果观察组理论考核与手术操作考核评分、拾物与缝合打结数量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜模拟训练系统能有效提高住培医生腹腔镜操作技能,缩短教学时间。
