摘要
目的探讨子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术联合促性腺激素释放素激动剂(GnRHa)治疗子宫腺肌症的临床疗效。方法选取漳州市医院2018年6月—2019年5月收治的子宫腺肌症患者76例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各38例。2组均予以子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术治疗,观察组术前使用GnRHa。比较2组治疗前后血红蛋白、糖类抗原125(CA125)、子宫体积、月经量、视觉模拟评分法评分,观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前2组血红蛋白、CA125、子宫体积、月经量、视觉模拟评分法评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组血红蛋白高于对照组,CA125、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,子宫体积小于对照组,月经量少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论子宫腺肌症病灶剔除术联合GnRHa治疗子宫腺肌症可有效减少出血量,减轻疼痛,改善患者临床症状和预后。
Objective To study the clinical effect of excision of adenomyosis focus combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist in the treatment of adenomyosis.Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with adenomyosis were selected from June 2018 to May 2019 in Zhangzhou Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with excision of adenomyosis focus,GnRHa was used in the observation group before operation.Hemoglobin,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),uterine volume,menstrual volume and visual analogue scale score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in hemoglobin,CA125,uterine volume,menstrual volume and visual analogue scale score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the observation group of hemoglobin,CA125 and visual analogue scale scores,uterine volume and menstrual volume were higher than control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Adenomyosis focus combined with GnRHa can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,relieve pain and improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients with adenomyosis.
