摘要
技术赋能教师的同时,也给教师带来了新挑战,并要求教师转变角色认知、重塑身份。在此背景下,文章首先分析了智能时代高校教师主要面临的职业身份危机、知识身份危机和情感身份危机,随后从应然层面讨论了重塑高校教师身份的内在机理,指出智能时代的高校教师应具备高阶技能职业身份、引导学生进行深层次学习创新、引领学生身心健康成长。在此基础上,文章有针对性地提出了智能时代高校教师身份重塑的实践路径,即高校教师应成为成熟型的技术使用者、研究型的知识共享者和有温度的情感互动者。在智能时代重塑高校教师身份,是高校教师专业发展的应然抉择和必然趋势,并有助于高等教育实现转型、升级。
While technology empowers teachers,it also brings new challenges to teachers and requires teachers to change their role recognition and reshape their identities.Under this context,the paper firstly analyzed the professional identity crisis,knowledge identity crisis and emotional identity crisis faced by university teachers in the intelligent age,and then discussed the internal mechanism of reshaping university teachers’identities from the level of what should be.Meanwhile,it was pointed out that university teachers in the intelligent era should have high-order skill professional identities,guide students to carry out deep-level learning innovation,and lead students to grow up physically and mentally healthy.On this basis,the paper put forward the practical path for university teachers to reshape their identities in the intelligent age,that is university teachers should become mature type technology users,research-oriented knowledge sharers and warm emotional interactors.Reshaping university teachers’identities in the intelligent age was the necessary choice and inevitable trend of the professional development of university teachers,which was conductive to the transformation and upgrading of higher education.
