用于柔性印刷电子中的石墨烯及其复合材料油墨的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着印刷电子产业的蓬勃发展,寻找能够尽可能满足产品多项要求并且可以简化工艺、控制成本的导电油墨已经成为当下研究的热点。石墨烯凭借自身出色的导电、热力学、光学、机械性能,赋予了柔性电子产品更高的灵活性和易加工性,在保证导电性能的同时降低了成本。本文着重介绍了石墨烯及相关复合导电油墨研究的新进展;简要介绍了石墨烯油墨的各项制备方法,并就石墨烯导电油墨附着在承印物上的最新技术,相关应用等问题进行了综述。 With the rapid development of printing and electronic industry,it has become a hot research topic to find conductive ink that can meet requirements of products as many as possible,simplify the process and control the cost.Graphene,with its excellent conductivity,thermodynamics,optics and mechanical properties,endows flexible electronic products with higher flexibility and easy processing,which ensures the conductivity and reduces the cost.In this paper,the preparation methods of graphene ink,and the various means of graphene conductive ink adhering to substrate,as well as the existing problems were briefly introduced.The new development of graphene and its related derivative-based conductive inks were emphatically introduced.
