矿用宽体车油气悬架系统及整车动力学仿真 被引量:12

摘要 以矿用宽体车前桥油气悬架为研究对象,利用一维仿真分析软件AMESim进行模型搭建,分析油气悬架的外特性性能以及影响因素,同时搭建了1/2前桥整车模型,对其进行了整车动力学分析,并分析了油气悬架对整车性能的影响。结果表明:油气悬架具有非线性特性,同时可以根据结构参数(节流孔直径、单向阀过流面积、气室体积和充气压力等)来调节油气悬架的外特性。 This paper mainly explains the research of the hydro-pneumatic suspension of a mine wide-body truck,the model was established using the one-dimensional simulation software AMESim,then it was used to simulate and analysis the external characteristics and influencing factors of hydro-pneumatic suspension,and then the dynamics of the whole vehicle is analyzed based on 1/2 front axle full vehicle model and the influence of hydro-pneumatic suspension on the performance of the vehicle is analyzed.The results show that the hydro-pneumatic suspension has nonlinear characteristics,and the external characteristics of the hydro-pneumatic suspension can be adjusted according to the structural parameters,such as the diameter of the hydraulic orifice,the area of flow through the check valve,the volume and the inflation pressure of the air chamber etc.
