摘要
培养有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人是一项系统工程,既需要抓好理论学习的关键环节,也需要从社会实践中不断汲取养分。以青年突击队为榜样作为培养时代新人的新方案、新思路,具有启发性引导、实践性锤炼、标杆性示范等特殊机理与优势,且蕴含着砥砺前行、埋头苦干、舍我其谁等精神内涵和思想理念,足以成为涵养时代新人的优质资源。以青年突击队为榜样作为思想政治教育的重要内容之一助力时代新人的培养与教化,既需要国家政策率先引领方向,也需要社会构建长效机制、学校发挥主体力量,从而形成全方位、多角度共育新人的良好局面。
It is a systematic project to cultivate new people with ideals,abilities and responsibilities,which not only needs to pay close attention to the key links of theoretical study,but also needs to continuously absorb nutrients from social practice.Taking the young commandos as an example is a new plan and new idea for cultivating the new people of the time.It has special mechanisms and advantages such as inspiring guidance,practical training and benchmark demonstration,and contains spiritual connotations and ideas such as forging ahead,working with quiet hard application and who but myself can do it.It is enough to become a high-quality resource for cultivating the new people of the time.Taking the example of young commandos as one of the important contents of ideological and political education to facilitate the cultivation and education of new people in the era,it needs not only the national policy to take the lead in the direction,but also the social construction of long-term mechanism,and schools to play the main force,so as to form a good situation of all-round and multi-angle joint cultivation of new people.
