福建省禽源大肠杆菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验 被引量:3

摘要 为研究福建省禽源大肠杆菌分离株的耐药情况,通过采集疑似大肠杆菌病患禽的肝、脾、肺,经麦康凯琼脂培养基分离、伊红美蓝培养基鉴定、生物化学试验,结合临床诊断,结果分离到15株禽源大肠杆菌(鸡源10株、鸽源5株)。药敏试验结果表明,大部分菌株对复方新诺明、头孢菌素、四环素、林可霉素、多西环素耐药;部分菌株对多黏菌素B和呋喃唑酮中度敏感;大部分菌株对丁胺卡那霉素高度敏感。该研究可为福建省禽大肠杆菌病的防控提供理论依据。 To study the resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from avian in Fujian province,we collected liver,spleen and lung from sick birds that were suspected of being infected with E.coli.The samples were separated by Maconkey agar and indentified by eosin methylene blue agar medium.Then the isolated strains were subjected to biochemical tests.The results revealed that 15 avian origin E.coli.strains were isolated(including 10 chicken origin and 5 pigeon origin),combining with clinical diagnosis.The drug sensitivity test shown that most of the strains were resistant to cotrimoxazole,cephalosporin,tetracycline,clindamycin and doxycycline,and were highly sensitive to amikacin.Some strains were mild sensitive to polymyxin B,furazolidone.This study will provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of avian colibacillosis in Fujian province.
