摘要
目的探讨加味柴胡疏肝散中药煎剂联合恩替卡韦分散片对慢性乙型肝炎患者肝纤维化进展的影响。方法选取我院2018年12月-2019年3月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为西药组和中药组,每组各30例。西药组给予口服恩替卡韦分散片治疗,中药组在西药组基础上给予加味柴胡疏肝散中药煎剂口服,对比2组治疗效果和治疗前后的肝纤维化指标。结果中药组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著高于西药组的80.0%(P<0.05)。2组治疗前透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)和Ⅳ型胶原(CIV)无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后中药组HA、LN、PCⅢ和CIV水平均显著低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论加味柴胡疏肝散中药煎剂联合恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎有良好的疗效,其抗纤维化效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Chaihu Shugan powder on liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B treated with entecavir dispersible tablets.Methods 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from December 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with entecavir dispersible tablets,while the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Chaihu Shugan powder Decoction on the basis of Western medicine group Standard.Results the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of Western medicine group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hyaluronic acid(HA),protein(LN),type Ⅲ procollagen(PC Ⅲ)and type Ⅳ collagen(CIV)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of HA,LN,PC Ⅲ and civ in Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion modified Chaihu Shugan powder decoction combined with entecavir dispersible tablets has good curative effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,and its anti fibrosis effect is significant,which is worthy of application.
