摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者采用麻醉复苏室个体化护理的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月我院麻醉复苏室收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者800例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各400例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行个体化护理,比较2组术后并发症发生率与护理满意度情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化护理可有效减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者麻醉后并发症发生,提升护理满意度,促进医患和谐。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing in anesthesia recovery room for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods from January 2018 to December 2019,800 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the anesthesia recovery room of Datong Fifth People's hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 400 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given personalized nursing,including pain nursing,psychological nursing,complication prevention nursing and nursing care of combined basic diseases(hypertension,coronary heart disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease).Results compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion the implementation of individualized nursing can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and improve nursing satisfaction and promote the harmony between doctors and patients.
