摘要
目的评价加压分娩带在顺产第二产程中的应用效果。方法2018年1月至2019年11月选取宿迁市第一人民医院待产妇200例作为研究对象,于首诊时采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100)。对照组按照现行规定产程管理方式实施分娩护理,观察组在对照组基础上,于第二产程采用加压分娩带方式进行分娩护理。观察两组阴道顺利分娩率、第二产程时间、分娩护理服务质量及产妇满意度情况。结果观察组阴道顺利分娩率高于对照组(98.0%vs.93.0%),第二产程时间短于对照组[(50.34±17.36)min vs.(62.34±21.24)min],分娩护理服务质量评分高于对照组[(94.58±3.15)分vs.(90.65±2.34)分],产妇满意度也高于对照组(98.0%vs.91.00%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论于顺产妇的第二产程中应用加压分娩带,可提高分娩护理服务质量,缩短第二产程时间,提高产妇满意度。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of compression delivery belt in the second stage of natural labor.Methods Two hundred parturients in the Suqian First People’s Hospital from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)by the method of random number table at first diagnosis.The parturients in control group were given delivery nursing in accordance with the current regulations of labor process management.And the compression delivery belts were applied in the parturients of observation group in second stage of labor based on the intervention of control group.The vaginal delivery rate,length of the second labor stage,service quality of delivery nursing and maternal satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of vaginal delivery was higher than that of the control group(98.0%vs.93.0%).The duration of the second stage of labor was shorter than that of the control group([50.34±17.36]min vs.[62.34±21.24]min).And the quality of delivery care service score was higher than that of the control group([94.58±3.15]points vs.[90.65±2.34]points).The satisfaction rate of maternal in observation group was also higher than that of the control group(98.0%vs.91.00%)significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of delivery nursing service can be improved through the application of compression delivery belt in second stage of labor,which shortens the length of labor and improves maternal satisfaction.
