摘要
采用种子包衣和拌种处理研究了11%精甲·咯·嘧菌悬浮种衣剂(FSC)对水稻种子出苗的影响及对立枯病和恶苗病的防治效果。结果表明:11%精甲·咯·嘧菌FSC按照药种质量比(m/m)1∶285、1∶235、1∶200包衣-浸种-催芽-播种处理,种子发芽率和出苗率分别为79.33%~85.67%和70.20%~77.45%,与空白对照无显著差异;对水稻立枯病和恶苗病的防效分别为79.36%~85.29%和80.73%~89.91%。种子浸种-拌种-催芽-播种处理,种子发芽率和出苗率分别为76.67%~81.00%和45.22%~49.14%,其出苗率显著低于空白对照;对水稻立枯病和恶苗病的防效分别为88.25%~90.78%和88.99%~92.66%。种子浸种-催芽-拌种-播种处理,种子发芽率和出苗率分别为79.33%~81.67%和68.38%~71.12%,其出苗率略低于空白对照,对水稻立枯病和恶苗病的防效分别为73.55%~77.72%和64.33%~80.73%。因此,11%精甲·咯·嘧菌FSC防治水稻立枯病和恶苗病的药种比(m/m)推荐采用1∶285、1∶235、1∶200,方法为种子包衣-浸种-催芽-播种。
Efficacy of metalaxyl-M·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 11%FSC on the emergence of rice seeds and control effects on rice blight and bakanae diseases were investigated using seed coating and seed dressing treatments.The results showed that the germination and emergence rates of seed treated by metalaxyl-M·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 11%FSC at ratios of the fungicide to the seed 1∶285,1∶235 and 1∶200(m/m)through coating-soaking-germination-sowing,were 79.33%-85.67%and 70.20%-77.45%,respectively,which were not different from those of the blank control.The efficacies on rice blight and bakanae diseases were 79.36%-85.29%and 80.73%-89.91%,respectively.By soaking-seed dressing-germination-sowing,the germination and emergence rates were 76.67%-81.00%and 45.22%-49.14%,respectively.It was obvious that the emergence rate was significantly lower than those of the blank control,and the efficacy on rice blight and bakanae diseases were 88.25%-90.78%and 88.99%-92.66%,respectively.By soaking-germination-seed dressing-sowing,the germination and emergence rates were 79.33%-81.67%and 68.38%-71.12%,respectively.The emergence rate was slightly lower than that of the blank control,and the efficacy on rice blight and bakanae diseases were 73.55%-77.72%and 64.33%-80.73%,respectively.Therefore,the recommended dose of metalaxyl-M·fludioxonil·azoxystrobin 11%FSC on rice blight and bakanae diseases were at ratios of the fungicide to the seed 1∶285,1∶235 or 1∶200(m/m),and the recommended method was coating-soaking-germination-sowing.
