摘要
对《高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中邻伞花烃-5-醇》中测定化妆品中邻伞花烃-5-醇的含量进行了不确定度评价,通过建立数学模型考察其不确定度的来源,同时对结果量化,计算出扩展不确定度和合成不确定度。结果表明,当取置信概率为95%,包含因子k=2,被测化妆品中邻伞花烃-5-醇含量为0.05%时,其标准扩展不确定度为0.018%。测量不确定度主要来源于容量瓶、标准曲线拟合及移液管。
The uncertainty of determination of o-cymen-5-ol in cosmetics by HPLC was evaluated.The source of its uncertainty was investigated by establishing a mathematical model and the results were quantified.The extended uncertainty and the composite uncertainty were calculated.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.0168%(95%confidence level,k=2)when the mass fraction of o-cymen-5-ol in cosmetics was 0.05%.It was found that the uncertainty of measurement mainly came from volumetric flask,standard curve fitting and pipette.
