Efficacy of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets Combined with Rabeprazole and Mosapride in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

摘要目的:探究氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利在功能性消化不良患者中的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2019年8月-2020年4月95例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法,将研究对象分为对照组(n=47)和观察组(n=48)。对照组采用雷贝拉唑+莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片+雷贝拉唑+莫沙必利治疗。比较两组症状分级评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组嗳气评分(1.04±0.47)分、上腹痛评分(1.21±0.42)分、胃部灼烧感评分(0.97±0.21)分,均低于对照组的(1.33±0.61)、(1.43±0.25)、(1.12±0.24)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率(97.92%)明显高于对照组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(4.17%)低于对照组(10.64%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在功能性消化不良患者中应用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙必利,临床疗效显著,安全性高。 Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets combined with Rabeprazole and Mosapride in patients with functional dyspepsia.Method:A total of 95 patients with functional dyspepsia from August 2019 to April 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=47)and the observation group(n=48).The control group was treated with Rabeprazole+Mosapride,while the observation group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets+Rabeprazole+Mosapride.The symptoms classification score,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the scores of belching was(1.04±0.47)points,the scores of upper abdominal pain was(1.21±0.42)points,the scores of gastric burning sensation was(0.97±0.21)points in the observation group,which were lower than(1.33±0.61),(1.43±0.25)and(1.12±0.24)points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(97.92%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.98%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(4.17%)was lower than that in the control group(10.64%),there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:In patients with functional dyspepsia,the application of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets combined with Rabeprazole and Mosapride has significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
