摘要
进入数字化时代,企业组织加快数字化转型,以优化企业组织的管理流程,提高企业的管理效率。水电基站设备构建数字化供应链管理模式,打造数字化的供应链平台,增值水电站机电设备管理流程,提高供应链的透明度和敏捷性,实现规模化供给到个性化定制转型,同时还能形成数字资产,使得水电站机电设备的采购端和供应商形成有效的联盟关系。由此可见,水电站机电设备数字化供应链管理模式构建意义重大。文中首先进行数字化供应链管理的概述,然后分析水电站机电设备数字化供应链管理的价值,并分析数字化供应链管理的挑战,最后尝试探索水电站机电设备数字化供应链管理模式构建对策与支持条件。
Entering the digital age,enterprise organizations accelerate digital transformation to optimize the management process of enterprise organizations and improve the management efficiency of enterprise organizations.The hydro-power station equipment builds a digital supply chain management model,builds a digital supply chain platform,adds value to the management process of elector-mechanical equipment of hydro-power stations,improves the transparency and agility of the supply chain,and realizes the transformation from large-scale supply to personalized customization.It can also form digital assets,so that the purchase end of the electro-mechanical equipment of hydro-power stations and suppliers form an effective alliance relationship.It can be seen that the construction of a digital supply chain management model for electro-mechanical equipment of hydro-power stations is of great significance.This article first provides an overview of digital supply chain management,then analyzes the value of the digital supply chain management of hydro-power plant electro-mechanical equipment,and analyzes the challenges of the digital supply chain management of the hydro-power plant electro-mechanical equipment,and finally attempts to explore of the countermeasures and supporting conditions for the construction of a digital supply chain management model for the electro-mechanical equipment of hydro-power stations.
