摘要
为了分析某型航空发动机轴间轴承集油结构集油效率不高的原因,采用基于VOF模型和滑移网格技术的多相流数值计算方法,建立轴承集油结构的油气两相流三维瞬态仿真模型,分析集油结构的流场和滑油分布,揭示集油结构内的滑油运动规律和集油损失的机制,并给出了滑油流量对集油效率的影响。结果表明:集油结构中形成对转流动以及涡环,集油损失的原因主要是由于滑油油柱冲击保持架壁面后飞溅形成的油滴颗粒被旋涡带入油坝与收集器之间的狭缝,进而被甩出到轴承腔,导致集油效率降低;集油结构的集油效率与滑油流量无关,仅取决于自身结构。所研究的集油结构的集油效率仅为62%,须改进集油结构,以提高其集油效率。
In order to analyze the cause of poor oil-collecting efficiency of intershaft bearings of a certain type of aero-engine,a three-dimensional transient simulation model of oil-gas two-phase flow of bearing oil-collecting structure was established by multi-phase flow numerical calculation method based on VOF model and slip grid technology.The flow field and oil distribution of the oil-collecting structure were calculated,the mechanism of oil movement and the mechanism of oil-collecting loss in the oil-collecting structure were revealed,and the influence of oil flow on oil-collecting efficiency was given.The results show that the counter-flow and vortex ring in the oil-collecting structure are formed in the oil-collecting structure.The main reason for oil collection loss is that the oil droplets formed after the oil column impinges on the cage wall are carried into the slit between the oil dam and the collector by the vortex,and then thrown out to the bearing cavity,resulting in a decrease in oil-collecting efficiency.The oil-collecting efficiency of the oil-collecting structure is independent of the oil flow rate,and depends only on its own structure.The oil-collecting efficiency of the oil-collecting structure studied in this paper is 62%,so the oil-collecting structure must be improved to improve its oil collecting efficiency.
