摘要
目的:分析五味消毒饮加味对肛周脓肿根治术后患者的临床效果。方法:抽选2019年1-12月于笔者所在医院进行肛周脓肿根治术的60例患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组术后给予高锰酸钾溶液坐浴治疗,研究组术后给予五味消毒饮加味坐浴治疗。比较两组术后1、7 d疼痛评分、创面腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮出现时间、创面愈合时间、临床疗效。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后1、7 d疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组创面腐肉脱落时间、新生上皮出现时间、创面愈合时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肛周脓肿根治术后为患者应用五味消毒饮加味治疗,可以有效缩短患者的康复时间,减轻患者的疼痛程度,促进患者更好地康复。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction modified on patients after radical operation of perianal abscess.Method:A total of 60 patients with radical operation of perianal abscess in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution hip bath after operation,while the study group was treated with Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction modified hip bath after operation.The pain score 1 and 7 d after operation,time of decompression of the wound,time of emergence of new epithelium,time of wound healing and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 90.00%,which was higher than 60.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group 1 and 7 d after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of decompression of the wound,time of emergence of new epithelium,time of wound healing in the study group were all earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After radical operation of perianal abscess,the application of Wuwei Xiaodu Decoction modified can effectively shorten the recovery time of patients,reduce the pain degree of patients,and promote better recovery of patients.
