摘要
目的:为了分析全程质量控制在消毒供应中心器械清洗消毒质量控制中的应用效果。方法:自2018年3月本院对医疗器械清洗开始实施全程质量控制,分别从全程质量控制实施前1年和后1年时间内抽取1000件医疗器械,对比全程质量控制前后的医疗器械清洗不合格率、消毒不合格率和其他科室的满意度评分。结果显示全程质量控制实施后的医疗器械清洗不合格率和消毒不合格率分别为0.30%(3/1000)和0.20%(2/1000),均显著低于全程质量控制实施前的1.60%(16/1000)和1.10%(11/1000),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);全程质量控制实施后的其他科室满意度评分为(91.34±6.45)分,显著高于全程质量控制实施前的(82.92±6.23)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对医疗器械清洗实施全程质量控制可以有效降低医疗器械的清洗不合格率和消毒不合格率,提高其他科室的满意度评分,效果显著。
Objective:In order to analyze the whole process quality control in the sterilization supply center equipment cleaning disinfection quality control application effect.Methods:From March 2018,our hospital began to implement the whole-process quality control for the cleaning of medical devices.1,000 pieces of medical devices were drawn from one year before and one year after the implementation of the whole-process quality control,the unqualified rate of cleaning,disinfecting and the satisfaction score of other departments were compared before and after the whole process quality control.The results showed that the unqualified rate of cleaning and disinfection of medical devices after the implementation of quality control were 0.30%(3/1000)and 0.20%(2/1000)respectively,which were significantly lower than the 1.60%(16/1000)and 1.10%(11/1000)before the implementation of quality control,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score of other departments was(91.34±6.45),which was significantly higher than that of before(82.92±6.23),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole process quality control of medical instrument cleaning can effectively reduce the unqualified rate of cleaning and disinfection,and improve the satisfaction score of other departments,with significant effects.
