低压负荷中心电机回路接地保护误动分析

摘要 调试期间,负荷中心母线上的电机启动过程中,电机馈线断路器频繁误动于接地保护。首先对电机馈线断路器的保护配置进行分析,给出负荷中心低压电机的基本参数和保护要求。在此基础上,对电机馈线断路器频繁误动记录进行分析,通过现场试验确认接地保护误动原因,并基于不同接地保护配置下实际带负荷试验录取的电流波形,提出一套经过理论和试验验证的接地保护配置和整定的改进措施。 During commissioning and the start-up of the motor on the load center bus,the motor feeder circuit breaker frequently malfunctioned in the ground protection.First,the protection configuration of the motor feeder circuit breaker was analyzed,and the basic parameters and protection requirements of the load center low-voltage motor were given.On this basis,the frequent misoperation records of the motor feeder circuit breaker were analyzed,and the reasons for the misoperation of the grounding protection were confirmed through field tests.Based on the current waveforms recorded in the actual load test under different grounding protection configurations,a set of improvement measures for the configuration and setting of grounding protection verified by theory and test were proposed.
