摘要
目的了解延续性护理对于慢性酒精性肝病患者戒酒情况及治疗依从性的作用。方法80例慢性酒精性肝病患者均在大连市第六人民医院接受治疗,时间为2016年4月至2018年12月,随机数字表分为常规护理干预组(n=40,予以传统干预)和延续性护理服务组(n=40,施行延续性护理)。比较两组满意评分;护理前后心态焦虑抑郁状态;慢性酒精性肝病的疾病认知、戒酒必要性的认知、戒酒治疗依从性;戒酒失败的例数。结果延续性护理服务组满意评分、心态焦虑抑郁状态、慢性酒精性肝病的疾病认知、戒酒必要性的认知、戒酒治疗依从性、戒酒失败的例数均优于常规护理干预组,P<0.05。结论慢性酒精性肝病患者实施延续性护理效果明显,提升了满意度。
Objective To investigate the eff ect of continuous nursing on abstinence and treatment compliance in patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease were treated at Dalian Sixth People's Hospital from April 2016 to December 2018,and they were randomly number table is divided into routine care intervention group(n=40,traditional intervention)and continuous care service group(n=40,implementation of continuation care).The satisfaction scores,the state of anxiety and depression before and after nursing,the disease cognition of chronic alcoholic liver disease,the cognition of the necessity of abstinence,the compliance of abstinence treatment,and the number of cases of abstinence failure of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the routine nursing intervention group,the continuous nursing service group had advantages in satisfaction score,psychological anxiety and depression,disease cognition of chronic alcoholic liver disease,cognition of the necessity of abstinence,compliance of abstinence treatment and failure of abstinence(P<0.05).Conclusion The eff ect of continuous nursing for patients with chronic alcoholic liver disease is obvious and the satisfaction is improved.
