摘要
转发作为社交媒体信息传播的关键机制,在公共卫生事件的风险沟通中发挥重要作用。通过对《人民日报》《财新网》和《丁香医生》微博账号新冠肺炎疫情早期发布的疫情相关微博信息(N=1690)的内容分析,考察社交媒体用户转发信息的特征。研究发现,媒体因属性、定位和角色不同而采用差异化的报道框架,呈现多元化的社交媒体新冠肺炎疫情图景。社交媒体信息的结构、风格和内容是用户转发信息的核心特征,尤其是以健康风险报道框架作为内容特征(高级特征)的作用机制凸显。研究结论为突发公共卫生事件把握社交媒体用户的信息需求与偏好,科学制定风险沟通策略,评估风险沟通的有效性等方面提供借鉴与参考。
Re-posting,an important mechanism of information dissemination,plays an important role in risk communication of public health crisis.This paper analyzes media reports(N=1690)transmitted in the early stage of the epidemic of micro-blog account,which are published in the People’s Daily,Caixin and Dingxiang Doctors,and examines the characteristics of the social media users’re-posting information.The research has shown that the reporting scenarios of COVID-19 were presented by different media frames due to different attributes,positioning and roles.The structure,style and content of social media information are the core features of users’re-posting information,especially the function mechanism of health risk reporting frame as content feature(advanced feature).The research conclusion provides reference for public health emergencies to grasp the information needs and preferences of social media users,formulate risk communication strategies scientifically,and evaluate the effectiveness of risk communication.
