摘要
北京交通大学利用"双培计划"项目的建设经验,推动轨道交通信号与控制专业虚拟教研室的建设,实现了资源共享,开展师资培训,促进了高校间的交流。石家庄铁道大学利用共享资源弥补了部分实习无法开展的不足,既开拓了学生的视野,又提升了学生们的综合素质;教师参加师资培训,知识能力和综合素质都有大幅度提升,有效推进了专业建设。
Beijing Jiaotong University promoted the construction of virtual teaching and research office of rail transit signal and control specialty by using the construction experience of"double training plan"project,realized the resource sharing,carried out teacher training,and promoted the exchange among universities.Our school makes use of these shared resources to make up for the deficiency of some internships,which not only expands students'vision,but also improves their comprehensive quality.When teachers participate in teacher training,their knowledge,ability and comprehensive quality are greatly improved,which has effectively promoted the professional construction.
