摘要
目的探讨术后护理干预对示指背岛状筋膜皮瓣修复指组织缺损患者的的应用效果。方法 72例示指背岛状筋膜皮瓣修复指组织缺损的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合术后护理干预。比较两组手指关节总活动度(TAM)及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者TAM均提高于护理前,且观察组TAM(114.92±10.29)°高于对照组的(90.28±11.34)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理满意度为77.78%,观察组护理满意度达到94.44%;观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术后护理干预对示指背岛状筋膜皮瓣修复指组织缺损患者的护理效果理想,可有效提高术后美观及手指TAM及术后满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the practical effect of postoperative nursing intervention of index finger dorsal island fasciocutaneous flap to repair finger tissue defect. Methods A total of 72 patients with index finger tissue defects repairing dorsal island fasciocutaneous flap were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received postoperative nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The total range of motion(TAM) and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, TAM of the two groups were higher than those before nursing, and TAM(114.92±10.29)° of the observation group was higher than(90.28±11.34)° of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 77.78%, which was 94.44% of the observation group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Postoperative nursing intervention shows ideal effect for patients with index finger tissue defects repairing dorsal island fasciocutaneous flap, which can effectively improve postoperative aesthetics, finger TAM and postoperative satisfaction, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
