摘要
为提高学生创新实践能力、培养卓越工程科技人才,立足于新工科建设理念与实践的前期探索,根据长三角地区制冷空调制造业的转型与发展规划,创新工程教育人才培养组织模式、推动开放式办学,从构建协同型聚集模式、“政产学研用”多元协同“共建、共管、共享”人才培养机制及以上海理工大学制冷空调产业学院(含山)为例开展工程教育开放办学实践等3个方面,就“政产学研用”协同育人机制展开了探索与实践。对实现引领未来中国制冷空调工业“由大转强”发展的卓越人才培养工作和开放办学机制推广有重要意义。
In order to improve the students'innovative practice ability and cultivate outstanding talents in engineering science and technology,based on the new idea and practice of preliminary exploration engineering construction,this paper innovates the organization mode of engineering education personnel training and promotes open schooling according to the transformation and development plan of the refrigeration and air conditioning manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.This paper conducts research from the following three aspects:the establishment of a collaborative clustering model,the pluralistic collaborative talent training mechanism of“co-construction,co-management and sharing”and“government,industry,university,research and application”,and the practice of opening engineering education by taking the College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Industry(Hanshan County)of University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as an example.It is of great significance to realize the outstanding talent cultivation and the open school-running mechanism,and to make the future development of China's refrigeration and air conditioning industry from big to strong.
