摘要
评价体系是引导区域高质量发展的指挥棒。通过选取31个省份的相关数据,构建涵盖要素层面、产业层面、社会层面三个维度的区域高质量发展评价体系。测度结果显示:当前我国地区间高质量发展水平不均衡,各地区高质量发展水平呈现自东向西逐步减弱的特点。依据研究结果将样本省份划分为领先地区、优势地区、中等地区、追赶地区四类,提出应当从对标领先地区、发挥区域优势、提升创新要素质量等方向入手提高区域高质量发展水平,为高质量发展的评价指标体系的构建提供新的思路,为各地区高质量发展的攻坚方向提供一定的参考借鉴。
The evaluation system is the baton guiding the high-quality development of the region.This paper selects related data from 31 provinces and constructs a regional high-quality development evaluation system with three dimensions of coverage element level,industrial level and social level.The measurement results show that the current level of high-quality development among regions in my country is not balanced,and the level of highquality development in various regions is gradually weakening from east to west.Based on the research results,sample provinces are divided into four categories:leading regions,superior regions,medium regions,and catchingup regions.It is proposed that we should benchmark the leading regions,exert regional advantages,and improve the quality of innovative elements to improve the level of regional high-quality development.This article provides new ideas for the construction of high-quality development evaluation index system,and provides a certain reference for the direction of high-quality development in various regions.
