摘要
为了在特种加工实训教学中提高学生的动手能力、创新思维和工程意识,设计了特种加工综合项目教学方案。文中强调了特种加工在工程训练课程中的重要性,探讨了特种加工实践教学存在的问题及原因,提出了开展特种加工综合项目实践教学的解决方案,阐述了特种加工综合项目实施的具体方案。项目在教学实践中取得了良好效果,提高了学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。特种加工综合项目的开发可以为其他实训教学提供参考,对多加工方法融合并开展综合项目教学具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to improve students’practical ability,innovative thought and engineering consciousness in the special machining training teaching,a teaching scheme of special machining integrated project is designed.The importance of special machining in engineering training courses is emphasized and the problems and reasons of special machining practice teaching are discussed.The solution of practice teaching for special machining integrated project is put forward.The concrete plan for the implementation of the special machining integrated project is elaborated.It has achieved good results in teaching practice,the students'ability of engineering practice and innovation has been improved.The development of non-traditional machining integrated project can provide reference for other practice teaching and has certain reference significance for the multiple integrated machining methods and the development of comprehensive project teaching.
