摘要
该文采用问卷调查和访谈方式,总结分析了高校实验室安全管理存在的问题。结合落实《教育部关于加强高校实验室安全工作的意见》,在进一步明确教育部门安全主管机构,构建良好的社会支撑体系,建立适应高校特点的标准规范,健全高校安全事故分级和追责制度,深入开展安全教育,推动安全检查和安全评估常态化等方面,提出了高校实验室安全管理体系建设的对策建议。
By means of questionnaire survey and interview,this paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities.In combination with the implementation of“Ministry of Education’s opinions on strengthening safety work of university laboratories”and in terms of further clarifying the safety authorities of the education departments,establishing a good social support system,setting up standards and norms suitable for the university characteristics,improving the classification and accountability system of safety accidents in colleges and universities,carrying out safety education in depth,and promoting the normalization of safety inspection and safety assessment,positive countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
