摘要
大学生的劳动教育是习近平总书记关于培养德智体美劳全面发展时代新人理论的重要内容,是以马克思主义理论为指导的大学生思想政治教育的内在要求。大学生的劳动教育内容应包含马克思主义的劳动观、择业观、尊重劳动人民、弘扬劳动精神的教育。为了推进大学生的劳动教育,应该借鉴思想政治教育的环境理论、载体理论以及机制理论,从构建大学生劳动教育的环境、体系和激励机制来推进大学生劳动教育的发展,提升大学生劳动教育的效果,促进大学生思想政治教育的创新。
Labor education for college students is an important part of General Secretary Xi Jinping′s theory of cultivating the newcomers of the age,who have a comprehensive development of moral,intellectual,physical,beauty and labor.It is a practical link and internal requirement for college students′ideological and political education guided by the Marxist labor concept.Therefore,from the perspective of ideological and political education,the content of labor education for college students should include Marxist labor and employment concepts、respecting for the working people and education to promote the spirit of labor.In order to promote the labor education of college students,we should learn from the environmental theory,carrier theory and mechanism theory of ideological and political educations.We should construct the environment,system and incentive mechanism of labor education to promote the development of college students′labor education,enhance the effects of college students′labor education,and promote the innovation of college students′ideological and political education.
