摘要
采用叠螺机联合板框压滤机进行印染污泥脱水,能够保持污泥脱水系统的连续进泥,产生的干污泥含水率达到65%,污泥处理能力和效率明显提升。针对叠螺机联合板框压滤机的污泥脱水系统,详细说明了工艺设备的设计和选择,论述了运行参数和运行效果,并进行了成本核算。每产生1 t干污泥,污泥脱水成本约为177元,主要为聚合氯化铝、聚丙烯酰胺和用电成本。
The screw stacker combined with the plate and frame filter press is used to dewater the printing and dyeing sludge,which can maintain the continuous sludge feeding of the sludge dewatering system.The moisture content of the produced dry sludge reaches 65%,and the sludge treatment capacity and efficiency are significantly improved.For the sludge dewatering system of the screw stacker combined with the plate and frame filter press,the design and selection of the process equipment are explained in detail,the operating parameters and operating effects are discussed,and the cost accounting is carried out.For every ton of dry sludge produced,the cost of sludge dewatering is about 177 yuan,mainly including polyaluminum chloride(PAC),polyacrylamide(PAM)and electricity costs.
