摘要
高职院校教师承担着培养高级技术人才的重任,其工作满意度会给教师队伍的稳定性、工作的有效性带来很大影响。因此,学校必须充分关注高职教师的工作满意度,并采取适当的策略来提升高职教师的工作满意度。该文首先分析了提高高职教师工作满意度的意义,并介绍了高职教师工作满意度的现状,剖析了影响高职教师工作满意度的主要因素,最后提出提高高职教师工作满意度的策略。
Teachers in higher vocational colleges bear the important task of cultivating senior technical talents.Their job satisfaction will have a great impact on the stability and effectiveness of the teacher team.Therefore,in practice,full attention must be paid to the job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers,and appropriate strategies should be adopted to improve the job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers.This paper first analyzes the significance of improving the job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers,introduces the current status of job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers,analyzes the main factors that affect the job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers,and finally proposes strategies to improve the job satisfaction of higher vocational teachers.
