摘要
高职院校一直以来都是我国教育部门高度重视的教育对象,为我国近几年的社会发展培养了很多高素质的技术性人才,为我国以后的发展奠定了人才基础。近几年逐渐兴起的工匠精神在高职专业的人才培养中起着十分重要的作用。工匠精神是一种严谨认真、精益求精、追求完美、勇于创新的精神。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调要弘扬工匠精神,加强了对学生思想的教育,提高了我国高职院校学生的综合素质。
Higher vocational colleges have always been the object of education attached great importance to by China’s education departments.They have cultivated a lot of high-quality technical talents for China’s social development in recent years and laid a talent foundation for the future development of our country.In recent years,the gradually rising craftsman spirit plays a very important role in the talent cultivation of higher vocational education.The spirit of excellence,perfection and innovation.Since the eighteen Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly stressed the need to carry forward the spirit of craftsmen,strengthen the education of students’ideology,and improve the comprehensive quality of students in Higher Vocational Colleges in China.
