摘要 混凝土是世界上用量最大的一类建筑材料,其生产工艺相对简单,原材料资源丰富,在现代社会建设中发挥了重要的作用。随着社会的发展,普通混凝土自重大、比强度低的缺点日益显现,限制了其在超高层建筑、大跨度桥梁等新型特殊建筑结构中的应用。陶粒混凝土是将陶粒或者陶砂替代一部分骨料制备的混凝土,具有保温、隔热、隔音、抗震性能好和比强度高等特点,应用前景广阔。本文综述了陶粒混凝土的制备方法、力学性能、保温性能、抗冻性能,以及纤维陶粒混凝土的性能和陶粒混凝土的路用性能,分析了陶粒对混凝土性能的影响,指出了仍然存在的问题,以期为陶粒混凝土的发展和应用提供参考性建议。 Concrete is the mostly widely used materials in construction.Due to its relatively simple technology in production and rich in natural resource of raw materials,concrete has played an important role in the development of human society.However,concrete is heavy and with low specific strength,which limites its use in building modern construction,such as super high rise building and long-span bridges.Ceramsite concrete,which uses ceramsite to replace aggregate partly or totally,has a broader application prospect for its well performance in thermal insulation,heat insulation,sound insulation,anti-seismic property,and high specific strength.The processing method,mechanical property,thermal insulation propery and frost resistance property of ceramsite concrete were described in this paper.Then,the performance analysis of fiber ceramsite concrete and pavement characteristics of ceramsite concrete were summarized.Finally,the effect of ceramsite on concrete was analyzed.The main problems were pointed out in the utilization of ceramsite concrete in order to provide reference suggestions to develop ceramsite concrete technology and utilization in the future.
