摘要
采用废弃阴极射线管(CRT)玻璃作为细骨料制备改性混凝土,设计了3种水灰比和3种CRT玻璃取代率的配合比,测试了混凝土的坍落度、抗压强度、抗折强度、抗冻融性和抗氯离子渗透性能。结果表明:采用废弃CRT玻璃取代天然砂作为细骨料能够显著提高混凝土浆料的坍落度;混凝土的抗压和抗折强度随CRT玻璃取代率增加均逐渐提高,随水灰比增加而下降;在冻融循环过程中,CRT玻璃改性混凝土的相对动弹性模量下降幅度较普通混凝土有所减小,废弃CRT玻璃的掺入提高了混凝土的抗冻融性;随着废弃CRT玻璃取代率的增加,不同水灰比条件下的氯离子渗透深度均有所下降,这主要与CRT玻璃的不透水性和颗粒粒径有关。
The waste cathode ray tube(CRT)glass was used as fine aggregate to prepare the modified concrete with three kinds of water-cement ratio and three kinds of CRT glass replacement rate.The slump,compressive strength,flexural strength,freeze-thaw resistance and chloride penetration resistance of the modified concrete were tested.The results show that the slump of concrete slurry significantly increases by using waste CRT glass instead of natural sand as fine aggregate.The compressive and flexural strength of concrete increase with the increase of replacement rate of CRT glass,while decrease with the increase of water-cement ratio.The decrease of relative dynamic elastic modulus of CRT glass modified concrete is smaller than that of ordinary concrete,which shows the addition of waste CRT glass improves the freeze-thaw resistance of concrete.With the increase of replacement rate of waste CRT glass,the penetration depth of chloride ions under different water-cement ratios decreases,which is mainly related to the impermeability and particle size of CRT glass.
