摘要
中国古代积累了十分丰富的土地经济思想,不仅及于唐庆增1930年所说的“土地的分配”,还有大量关于土地的生产、利用等方面的论述,几乎所有的现代土地经济学说都能在中国古人的言论中找到先声。本文按土地经济学“三大板块”学说和“内容三分法”的框架,对中国古代主要的土地经济思想进行初步、扼要的列举和讨论。系统整理、解读、发展中国古代的土地经济思想是一个具有巨大研究潜力的学术增长点,也可能是推进土地经济学学术研究、构建中国土地经济学的一个可行方向。
There were fruitful land economic thoughts in ancient China,which dealt with not only the“allocation of land”spoken by Tang Qing-zeng in the 1930s,but also much expounding on the production and use of land.Most modern land economic theories can find their origins and predecessors in ancient Chinese classics.The paper primarily and briefly enumerates and discusses major land economic thoughts in ancient China according to the theory of“three plates”of land economics and the framework of“trichotomy of contents”.The systematic review,understanding and development of land economic thoughts in ancient China is an academic hotspot having great research potential,which might provide a viable path for the promotion of academic research on land economics and the building of Chinese land economics.
