摘要
糖尿病性勃起功能障碍为临床常见疾病,严重影响患者生活质量及家庭关系。仝小林院士认为,改善血运,调节局部的血管神经的功能状态是关键。本病有虚实之分,标实者以气滞血瘀为主;本虚者以肾虚为主,行气活血化瘀应贯穿治疗的始终。仝小林院士临床常用川芎、白芍、蜈蚣粉为基础,配伍淫羊藿治疗阳痿,方中白芍酸甘化阴,养血柔肝,荣养络脉,蜈蚣力猛性燥,善走窜通达,通经逐邪,畅通经络,川芎甘辛温通,为行气活血之要药,佐蜈蚣以养血活血。三药配伍,补肝柔肝,荣养宗筋,养血益精,调和阴阳,行气通络,活血起痿。方中白芍常用剂量为9~30 g,川芎常用剂量为9~15 g,蜈蚣粉的常用剂量为1.5~3 g,打粉冲服。
Diabetic Erectile Dysfunction is a common clinical disease,which seriously affects the quality of life and family relationship of patients.According to academician TONG Xiaolin,the key is to improve blood supply and regulate the functional state of local blood vessels and nerves.The disease is divided into deficiency and excess.Qizhixueyu is the main symptoms of the disease,while kidney deficiency is the main cause of deficiency.Academician TONG Xiaolin used Ligusticum wallichii,Radix Paeoniae Alba and Centipede as the basis herbs,combined with Epimedium to treat impotence.In the prescription,Radix Paeoniae Alba has the effect of sour and sweet producing yin,nourishing blood for softening liver,nourishing channel.Centipede is fierce and dry,good at channeling and reaching,unblocking meridians and collaterals.Ligusticum wallichii has the effect of warmly dredging qi and blood,which is an important drug for qi and blood circulation,which can help centipede nourish blood and blood circulation.It is an important medicine for promoting qi and blood circulation.It is assisted by centipede to nourish blood and activate blood.The compatibility of the three medicines can nourish the liver and soften the liver,nourish the zongjin,nourish the blood and replenish the essence,harmonize yin and yang,activating qi for for removing obstruction in collaterals,and activate blood circulation and flaccidity.The common dosage of Radix Paeoniae Alba is 9-30 g,Ligusticum wallichii is 9-15 g,and Centipede is 1.5-3 g in powder.
