摘要
目的:探究溪黄草水提物的保肝作用。方法:将48只小鼠随机分为4组,采用酒精建立急性肝损伤模型,其中溪黄草组和阳性组分别灌服溪黄草水提物(6 g生药/kg)、联苯双酯滴丸(200 mg/kg),正常对照组和模型组灌服等体积的生理盐水,间隔1 h后,除了空白组,其余组均灌服52°乙醇,连续10 d。收集血液和肝脏组织样本,检测天门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)的含量和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性变化。结果:与空白组比较,模型组肝脏受损,ALT、AST含量升高,显示造模成功;溪黄草水提物能显著减少ALD小鼠肝脏、血清的ALT、AST和MDA含量和提高GSH-px、SOD活性。结论:溪黄草水提物对小鼠酒精性肝损伤有明显的保护作用,作用机制与调整抗氧化酶系统有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of extract of Rabdosia serra to alleviate acute liver injury caused by alcohol.Methods Forty eight mice were randomly divided into four groups of 15 mice each.A model of acute liver injury in mice was established with alcohol.The Rabdosia serra group and the positive control group were infused with extract of Xihuangcao(6 g crude drug/kg)and bifendate pill(200 mg/kg),respectively.The normal group and the model group were treated with an equal volume of saline.Except for the normal group,the other groups were perfused with 52°ethanol after 1 hour,once a day,for consecutive10 days.After medication,blood and liver tissue samples were collected and tested for the contents of ALT,AST in serum,the activities or contents of SOD,GSH-Px,MDA in liver tissue.Results Compared with the normal group,the liver of the model group was damaged,and the contents of ALT and AST increased,indicating that the model was successfully created.The extract of Rabdosia serra significantly reduce ALT,AST,and MDA contents and increase GSH-px and SOD activities in liver and serum of ALD mice.Conclusions Rabdosia serra s extract has obvious protective effect on alcoholic liver injury in mice,and the mechanism is related to adjusting the antioxidant enzyme system.
