摘要
为提高离子液体对乙酸甲酯-甲醇体系的分离效果,采用COSMO-Thermal X软件,以离子液体在乙酸甲酯-甲醇体系无限稀释条件下的选择性为指标,由676(26×26)种离子液体中筛选得到萃取精馏分离效果最好的离子液体——丁基三甲基醋酸铵.计算得到乙酸甲酯-甲醇-丁基醋酸铵三元体系的平衡数据,并采用NRTL模型进行了拟合.结果表明:丁基三甲基醋酸铵浓度达到一定值时,可以破坏共沸体系.机理研究表明:萃取作用主要是丁基三甲基醋酸铵与甲醇形成氢键作用的结果.
In order to improve the separation effect of ionic liquids on methyl acetate methanol system,the best ionic liquid bytyl trimethylammonium acetate was selected from 676(26*26)kinds of ionic liquids by Cosmo-Thermal X Software under the condition of infinite dilution of methyl acetate methanol system.The equilibrium data of methyl acetate-methanol-butylammonium acetate ternary system were calculated and fitted by NRTL model.The results show that the azeotropic system can be destroyed when the concentration of butyltrimethylammonium acetate reaches a certain value.The mechanism study shows that the extraction is mainly the result of hydrogen bonding between butyl trimethylammonium acetate and methanol.
