摘要
"营虚神扰"是不寐的重要病机,"营虚神扰"包括虚、实两层含义,营血亏虚、神失所养为"虚",邪气扰心、神扰不宁为"实"。谨守不寐"营虚神扰"病机,治疗不寐当以养营、祛邪、安神为主,根据辨证各有侧重。针灸选用神门、三阴交配伍治疗不寐,神门、三阴交配伍具有养营安神、祛邪宁神的作用,契合不寐"营虚神扰"病机和相应治疗原则,是针灸治疗不寐的基本主穴。
‘The deficiency of nutrient blood and disturbance of mind’is an important pathogenesis of insomnia,and it has two meanings,the one is‘deficiency’,which means that nutrient blood is insufficient and can not nourish mind;the other is‘excess’,referring to that restless sleep due to the disturbance of pathogenic factors.Under the guidance of this pathogenesis,we can adopt the methods of‘nourishing blood’and(or)‘eliminating pathogenic factors’and‘calming down the mind’according to the patients’conditions.Shenmen(HT 7)and Sanyinjiao(SP 6)are used to treat insomnia.And the combined use of the two acupoints is in accordance with this pathogenesis and the corresponding treatment principle of the disease,playing a role to tonify nutrient blood and solve pathogenic factors to calm down mind.They are the basic main points of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of insomnia.
