摘要
火证有虚实之分,实火清之即去,虚火病症缠绵。治疗不当,将损耗人体脾肾阳气,病症缠绵则暗耗阴血,阴阳消耗,变生它疾。陈士铎治疗火证讲究滋水降火,其应用特色主要为运用大剂量玄参泻胃火或适中剂量降肝肾浮火,与菊花、生地黄/熟地黄、麦冬、芡实等配合滋养肾水,肉桂安火,间接实现祛火之源。文章通过研究《本草新编》中关于玄参降火的要点,结合《辨证录》案例分析其配伍,为临床运用提供参考。
Fire syndrome can be divided into deficiency and excess.The excess fire can be cleared immediately,and the deficiency fire disease is lingering.Improper treatment will consume the spleen and kidney yang qi of the human body.The lingering disease will consume blood.When yin and yang are consumed,it may become other diseases.CHEN Shi-duo pays attention to nourishing yin and descending fire in the treatment of fire syndrome.Its application features are mainly to use large doses of Scrophulariae Radix to reduce stomach fire or moderate dose to reduce liver and kidney fire,to nourish kidney yin with Chrysanthemi Flos,Rehmanniae Radix,Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata,Ophiopogonis Radix,Euryales Semen,and to calm fire with Cinnamomi Cortex,indirectly dispelling the source of the fire.This paper studied the compatibility of Scrophulariae Radix in the Bencao Xinbian and analyzed its compatibility with the case of syndrome differentiation combined with Bianzheng Lu to provide reference for clinical application.
