摘要
晚期胃癌病情复杂,洪善贻认为病机为"脾虚为本,气痰瘀毒为标",治疗讲究"以平为期",紧抓"气机阻滞、痰湿中阻、气阴两虚"三证,兼顾它证,并应慎用峻药。同时晚期胃癌需定期复查,中西医疗法亦可结合使用。患者平时保持良好生活习惯应作为治疗一部分,需平衡膳食,适量运动,调畅情志。
Advanced gastric cancer is complicated.HONG Shan-yi believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is’spleen deficiency as the foundation,qi,phlegm and blood stasis as the standard’,and the treatment is’aim for balance’,and the three syndromes of’hampering qi movement,phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao,deficiency of qi and yin’should be taken care of,and other syndromes should be taken care of,and hardened drugs should be used.At the same time,the advanced gastric cancer requires regular review,and the combination of Chinese and western medicine can also be used.Patients should maintain good living habits as part of the treatment,need a balanced diet,moderate exercise,mood adjustment.
