摘要
阐述了中国纺织设计院的五釜工艺流程技术,使用4个PET熔体夹套角阀。在PET装置中主要用于酯化物和熔体,安装在各反应器釜底的主物料入口管线,其阀体为夹套结构,阀体连接方式选用焊接。角阀具有较好的流通能力、动作可靠性、密封性能,阀腔无死区、阀门便于维修等技术性要求,确保PET熔体输送装置安全、稳定运行。
The five reactor process technology of China Textile Design Institute is described.Four PET melt angle valves are used.In PET plant,it is mainly used for esterification and melt.The main material inlet pipeline installed at the bottom of each reactor is jacketed structure,and the valve body is welded.The angle valve has good flow capacity,operation reliability,sealing performance,no dead zone in the valve chamber,easy maintenance and other technical requirements,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of PET melt conveyor.
