摘要
目的分析yes相关蛋白1(yes-associated protein 1,YAP1)蛋白表达在胰腺癌肿瘤异质性及病理诊断中的价值。方法选取胰腺癌组织及其对应癌旁组织各100例。根据每例肿瘤标本收集A、B、C和D区域组织(D位于肿瘤表面,自肿瘤表面向内取材,A、B、C和D间隔均为1 cm,A接近肿瘤中心区)。采用组织微阵列免疫组织化学法,对YAP1蛋白表达情况进行检测,并对临床病理特征进行观察。结果所有癌旁组织均无YAP1蛋白表达。胰腺癌组织YAP1蛋白表达阳性率为80.0%(80/100)。T1、T2、T3和T4期患者YAP1蛋白表达阳性率分别为T1、T2、T3和T4期患者YAP1蛋白表达阳性率分别为82.9%(29/35)、80.0%(16/20)、76.0%(19/25)和75.0%(15/20),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。YAP1蛋白阳性表达的患者中,A、B、C和D各区域YAP1蛋白表达阳性率分别为25.0%(20/80)、16.3%(13/80)、8.8%(7/80)和50.0%(40/80),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰腺癌患者肿瘤组织YAP1蛋白呈部分阳性表达。YAP1蛋白表达存在瘤内异质性,胰腺肿瘤表面取材组织阳性率最高。
Objective To analyze the value of YAP1 protein expression in heterogeneous and pathological diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods One-hundred samples of pancreatic cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues were selected.The tissues of A,B,C and D regions were collected according to each tumor specimen(D was located on the surface of the tumor.The space between D,C,B and A was 1 cm apart,and A was close to the center of the tumor).The expression of YAP1 protein was detected by tissue microarray immunohistochemistry,and the clinicopathological features were observed.Results There was no YAP1 protein expression in all adjacent tissues.The positive rate of YAP1 protein expression was 80.0%(80/100).The positive rates of YAP1 protein expression in T1,T2,T3 and T4 patients were 82.9%(29/35),80.0%(16/20),76.0%(19/25)and 75.0%(15/20),respectively(P>0.05).The positive rates of YAP1 protein expression in A,B,C and D regions were 25.0%(20/80),16.3%(13/80),8.8%(7/80)and 50.0%(40/80),respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion YAP1 protein is partially positive in pancreatic cancer.The expression of YAP1 protein is heterogeneous within the tumor,and the positive rate of YAP1 protein expression is the highest in the surface of pancreatic tumor.
