摘要
试验旨在研究日粮中添加有机微量元素复合物对蛋鸡生产性能以及蛋品质的影响。选择300日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡288只,随机分为4组,每组设6个重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验采用4种日粮,对照组采用玉米-豆粕基础日粮,试验1组、试验2组、试验3组分别采用基础日粮添加700、800、900 mg/kg的有机微量元素复合物,进行为期4周的饲养试验。结果显示:不同添加浓度的有机微量元素复合物对蛋鸡的生产性能有显著影响(P<0.05),有机微量元素复合物的添加量和添加时间对蛋品质部分指标有显著影响(P<0.05);添加有机微量元素复合物后28d时,试验2组的平均蛋重显著高于其他组(P<0.05),对蛋形指数无显著影响(P>0.05),各试验组蛋壳厚度及蛋壳强度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中,试验2组效果最佳;在28d时,试验2组鸡蛋的蛋白高度、哈氏单位和蛋黄重均显著高于其他各组(P<0.05);添加有机微量元素复合物对蛋黄比例无显著影响(P>0.05)。结果表明,添加有机微量元素复合物对蛋鸡生产性能和鸡蛋品质有显著的改善作用,其中,添加800 mg/kg效果较好。
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of organic microelement complex on production performance and egg quality of layer hens. A total of 288 laying hens at 300 days of age were allotted to 4 groups, each of which included 6 replicates with 12 hens.There were 4 diets in this experiment,the control group were fed with the corn-soybean meal basal diet,the group 1, group 2, and group 3 were fed the basal diets with addition of 700, 800 and 900 mg/kg organic microelement complex, respectively. Feeding trials lasted for 4 weeks. Results showed that different concentrations of organic microelement complex had significant effects on the production performance of layer hens(P<0.05). The addition amount and adding time of organic microelement complex had significant influence on some indexes of egg quality(P<0.05). After the addition of organic microelement complex, the average egg weight of group 2 was significantly higher than that of the other groups at 28 d(P<0.05). The addition of organic microelement complex have no significant effect on the egg shape index(P>0.05);After adding organic microelement complex, the eggshell thickness and eggshell strength of each experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), among them, the group 2 was the best. At 28 d, Haugh unit and yolk weight of group 2 were significantly increased(P<0.05). The addition of organic microelement complex have no significant effect on the egg yolk percentage(P>0.05). The results showed that the production performance and egg quality were significantly improved by adding organic microelement complex, 800 mg/kg was the best.
