摘要
海军青岛特勤疗养中心通过建立军队区域康复中心,积极开展军队伤病员康复疗养工作;通过探索机制、创新方法、规范诊疗,为建立军队康复医疗保障体系进行有益的探索与实践,并提出加强顶层设计、重视康复力量建设、发挥疗养机构作用等建议。
Qingdao special servicemen rehabiliation center of PLA Navy actively carries out the rehabilitation and recuperation work of the military training injuries through the establishment of the regional rehabilitation center of the army.Through exploring the mechanism,innovating the method and standardizing the diagnosis and treatment,it has carried on the beneficial exploration and practice for the establishment of the rehabilitation medical support system of the army,and has put forward the suggestions of strengthening the top-level design,paying attention to the construction of the recuperation force and playing the role of the recuperation institution.
