摘要
目的探讨丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效及对相关血清学指标的影响。方法将该院2017年6月—2019年6月收治的76例突发性耳聋患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组在常规治疗基础上加用甲钴胺注射液,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参注射液治疗,对比分析两组的临床疗效及血清hs-CRP、sVCAM-1、SOD、LPO水平变化。结果治疗1个疗程后,两组整体疗效经Ridit分析显示差异有统计学意义(u=2.628,P=0.009),其中观察组总有效率及痊愈率均明显高于对照组(92.11%vs 73.68%;36.84%vs 15.79%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.547,P=0.033;χ2=4.343,P=0.037)。观察组血清hs-CRP、sVCAM-1、LPO水平明显低于对照组[(5.87±1.69)mg/L vs(6.84±2.27)mg/L;(207.36±28.67)ng/mL vs(236.82±30.57)ng/mL;(4.09±0.92)mmol/L vs(5.41±1.07)mmol/L],SOD明显高于对照组[(137.62±27.39)ng/L vs(119.76±29.63)ng/L],差异有统计学意义(t=2.113,P=0.038;t=4.333,P<0.001;t=5.766,P<0.001;t=2.729,P=0.008)。结论对突发性耳聋患者采用丹参注射液联合甲钴胺治疗疗效显著,且能进一步改善患者炎症、氧化应激反应及内耳微循环状况。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of sudden deafness and its influence on the related serological indexes.Methods 76 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 38 cases.The control group was treated with mecobalamin injection on the basis of conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the basis of the control group.Contrastively analyzed the clinical efficacy and serum hs-crp,svcam-1,SOD and LPO levels of the two groups.Results After 1 course of treatment,the difference of overall efficacy between the two groups had statistical significance by the Ridit analysis(u=2.628,P=0.009),the total effective rate and recovery rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(92.11%vs 73.68%;36.84%vs 15.79%),the differences had statistical significance(χ2=4.547,P=0.033;χ2=4.343,P=0.037).The serum levels of hs-CRP,sVCAM-1 and LPO in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(5.87±1.69)mg/L vs(6.84±2.27)mg/L;(207.36±28.67)ng/mL vs(236.82±30.57)ng/mL;(4.09±0.92)mmol/L vs(5.41±1.07)mmol/L],and SOD was significantly higher than that in the control group[(137.62±27.39)ng/L vs(119.76±29.63)ng/L],the differences had statistical significance(t=2.113,P=0.038;t=4.333,P<0.001;t=5.766,P<0.001;t=2.729,P=0.008).Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection combined with mecobalamin has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with sudden deafness,and can further improve the inflammation,oxidative stress response and microcirculation of the inner ear.
