摘要
以新工科视域下福建农林大学食品科学与工程专业建设为契机,践行“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”的质量理念,创新产学研用校企协同育人模式,探索了新工科视域下“学科专业一体”“虚实教学一体”“校企协育人一体”的食品科学与工程专业建设新模式,推动专业认证建设,强化了学生的创新能力、实践能力和综合素质的培养,为我国食品科学与工程专业应用型卓越工程科技人才创新能力的培养和提升提供理论依据和智力支撑。
Taking the construction of food science and engineering specialty in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University from the perspective of emerging engineering education,which practice the quality concept of“student center,output-oriented,continuous improvement”,innovating the collaborative education model of industry-university-research-school-enterprise collaboration,explored the new model of food science and engineering specialty construction of“integration of subject and specialties”“integration of virtual and real teaching”and“integration of school-enterprise cooperation”from the perspective of new engineering,that promote the construction of professional certification,strengthen the cultivation of students'innovative ability,practical ability and comprehensive quality,and provide theoretical basis and intellectual support for the cultivation and improvement of the innovative ability of applied engineering talents in the food science and engineering specialty in our country.
